Life can leave us feeling stuck, uncertain, disappointed, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to change. This is a calm place to begin finding clarity, rebuilding confidence, and moving forward with purpose.
You don’t need the perfect words, a perfect plan, or all the answers. Sometimes one honest conversation is enough to begin seeing a new direction.
Coaching isn't only for people in crisis. It can also help when life looks fine on the outside but you feel stuck, unfulfilled, uncertain, or ready for growth.
Feeling stuck or directionless. Going through a major life transition. Recovering from a setback or disappointment. Struggling with confidence. Facing an important decision. Wanting accountability. Searching for purpose. Or simply ready for the next chapter to feel different from the last one.
Find direction, set realistic goals, build confidence, identify strengths, and move forward with greater intention.
Compassionate support while navigating loss, transitions, disappointment, uncertainty, or unexpected change.
A gentle approach that recognizes how difficult experiences can affect thoughts, emotions, confidence, relationships, and everyday choices.
Explore boundaries, conflict, communication, attachment, expectations, and healthier ways of relating.
Creativity can help you slow down, reflect, reconnect, and discover a new perspective.
Warm, practical conversation in a relaxed setting — by phone, online, or in person when arranged.
You do not need to choose a plan today. Tell me a little about what is happening in your life, what you would like to change, and what kind of support you're looking for.
No pressure. No obligation. No need to have all the answers.

Hi, I'm Sharon. Long before I became a coach, I learned that life does not always follow the path we expected.
That experience shaped the way I work with people today. I do not believe your hardest chapter has to become the definition of your entire story.
I bring professional coaching education, trauma-informed training, years of life experience, creativity, compassion, and my Christian faith to the work I do.
My Christian faith is an important part of who I am. For clients who desire it, faith, biblical principles, and prayer can be included in our time together.
My faith shapes how I care for people. It does not determine who I will care for.
A little glimpse into what starts my day — faith, a Bible, and a good cup of coffee.
Small classes, personal attention, and a welcoming place to create and grow.

Sharon believes that God honors each person's free will, and she seeks to honor that same freedom in the way she works with clients.
You are free to choose whether faith, biblical guidance, or prayer are part of your sessions. Your beliefs will be respected, and you will never be pressured to participate in anything you do not want.
Sharon simply asks for the same kindness and respect in return. Because God's name is sacred to her, she asks that it not be used in a disrespectful or profane way during your time together.
Her goal is to provide a space where both your freedom and her faith can be respected with kindness, dignity, and mutual understanding.
Sessions may be held by telephone, Zoom, Facebook Messenger Video, or in person at a mutually agreed location.
New clients complete a Discovery Packet before the first scheduled coaching session. It helps Sharon understand your goals, preferences, and the areas you would most like to work on.
